Where is my order? My order hasn’t arrived yet
You can track the progress of your delivery via the courier’s online tracking system with the tracking number we provided in the email.
We do everything we can to ensure our delivery times are met but sometimes delays do occur due to traffic, accidents or unforeseen situations. We’ll let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delivery, or you can contact our UK Contact Centre on 0161 873 3131.
What if I miss the delivery?
If you’re not at home when our courier comes to deliver, he will have another attempt if not you can re-arrange delivery again.
Can I know the approximately delivery time on the day of delivery?
The courier’s online tracking system will keep you up-to-date on the status of your delivery. Please provide your mobile number as your main number, you can then receive updates via text message.
If you choose a Next Working Day, you’ll know the approximate delivery time of your order via text and on the courier’s online tracking system.
If you choose a Standard Delivery, the estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the check out page.
