No, you don’t need to. You can simply make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.

Setting up an account has it’s own benefit. It allows you to place orders without entering your details every time. You can sign up right now by clicking here. Or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

If you are a regular buyer or trader you automatically qualify for additional discounts. Which is another important reason for setting up an account with us. This discount applies automatically everytime you login.

You can simply create an account by clicking on “Login/Register”. On this page you can choose ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your details.

Shop for the items you want and click on add to shopping cart for each item. Once you have finished doing so, you can go to your shopping cart and check out. Ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. Unless where the item is in someone else’s cart hence the status of the items is changed to “Temporarily Unavailable”.

We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and American Express.

You can cancel an order once it has been placed. It is important that you cancel before 2PM. This will allow us to cancel your order efficiently and prevent errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

Before you check out, fill in the code at the “Voucher Code” field and click “Add” in your Cart. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code if you have missed it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from as confirmation after you have placed your order. All orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and your addresses are verified. You can check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.


All orders are processed on the same working day if you have ordered before 2PM. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Time stated on the website is based on United Kingdom time (UTC +1hours).

The delivery time frame is approximately 2-3 working days for Standard courier delivery. The Express courier is approximately 1 working day from the time of placing your order. These time frames are only applicable for UK Mainland deliveries. The delivery time for all other deliveries depends on our logistics partners.

An email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. You can track the status of your delivery with our local logistics partner.

We have different rates for various shipping methods. Please click on Shipping & Delivery to get detailed information.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once your order is placed. Therefore make sure you provide the correct shipping address.

We can exchange a product if it is wrongly ordered. However the postage will be liable to the customer. For more info you can refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy here and its procedures.

Contac us if you have not received your parcel after 10 working days. Kindly drop an email to our Customer Care Team at Customers who paid for Next Day, AM or SAT should contact us after 2 working days. We will assist you accordingly.

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. However it is chargeable on the third attempt onwards.

Please check the status of your parcel via the tracking number provided. The status might tell you why it has been delayed. You may drop us an email at if there is no information on the tracking status. We will then assist you further.
